Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on our Track Order page.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select locations — please contact us for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at novacoco.support@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
